hi we are looking to interview for some new staff next week and i would love some ideas for different questions to ask - can anyone help?

i have tried to look on the site but get nowhere many thanks x

Hi Blondie,

How about the importance of key person role, something about partnership with parents, definately a safeguarding question and willingness to attend training. If you have a look on the TES website there are loads of examples which could be adapted

If you look on this forum in the resources there are a list of interview questions posted by peggy on the 14th jan, on the forum it was in the employemnt and staffing section, hope this helps.

I didn't notice anything about outside play when I looked through the suggestions, and didn't think aobut it tilla fter the interviews but next time would definitly say something like 'What do you like best about outside play/ and what challenges you most about outside play?'
