Just wondering if there are any new settings who have just had their first ofsted? I have a new setting that opened March, so would be expecting an ofsted in august, but was curious if anyone has had a "new" inspection over the summer? (due to new government and changes!)

Hi, don't know where you are but if your setting is one of those that has received a letter saying inspections have been given to another company then our OFSTED inspector said there wouldn't be any inspections in August or Sept as they are sorting out computers and paperwork then.

Hi,

I reregistered my setting in March too and had the first full inspection in June so post election.

we are term time only but I think there have been inspections locally over the summer as far as I know.
