Several of my staff have approached me about wanting to start home visits (which is brilliant as it is something I have always wanted to introduce, and was waiting for the right moment!) and we were thinking we could try to do them in the first few weeks of term as a way of further getting to know our new starters. Has anyone already got a parent letter or info sheet explaining why you do home visits and the benefits that you wouldn't mind sharing?
