Guest Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Does appointing a new manager mean that the whole setting will be Ofsted ed even if we were done a year ago? Quote
Guest Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 The new manager was only a deputy before so needs suitable person interview etc Quote
Guest Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Yes and no. At my suitable persons interview I was told that as I was new we would be inspected regardless of when the last one was. But they didn't inspect until 3 years after the last one anyway - kept me on my toes! Quote

Inge Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 not in our case.. they did suitable persons interview and said it would generate an inspection, but they didn't have it until six months after it was due.. 18 months after the change.. Inge Quote
suebear Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 previous manager was in her role 2 years and she was never Ofsted ed but had a suitable interview. I had my suitable persons and 8 weeks later had inspection, 2 different inspectors, neither seemed aware of the other so presume it's just when your timetabled in by the computer unless there's a complaint or concern. Guest Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 I had a suitable persons interview and was told it would generate inspection however they took a year to come out which was when our three years was up any way Quote
