Blank Continuous Provision Plan

Hello, had a good search but just wondering if anyone had devised a good CP plan for the week and would be willing to share their blank copy. I am trying to include space for note to aid planning and also CP outdoors. Thank you

Didn't want to read and ignore............

 

But my continuous planning sheets are those I picked up from TES I think, and I altered them to show what our children had continous access to in the setting.............

 

Don't think I have ever seen blank ones.

 

Though someone must have started off with a blank at some time!!!

 

Would it be worth doing a search for CP sheet and then download it and empty for your own purposes?

Hi hoglet,

it sounds to me that more of what your looking for is an ehanced provision format?

i think i adapted 2 from communication4all on 1 i note things during the week which children need added resources. Then on the other 1 write the planning for the next week - based on what i had noted the week before.
