starsky Posted May 14, 2010 Share Posted May 14, 2010 At present I am Acting Manager of a Day Nursery attached to a Children's Centre. I am going to be undertaking a SPI on 26th May. I am a little apprehensive as I do not know what sort of things will be asked of me. Guest Posted May 14, 2010 Share Posted May 14, 2010 At my suitable person interview she asked about our policies and how these link with every child matters five outcomes, she asked questions about my understanding of the the then Curriculum guidance for the foundation stage, which would now be the EYFS. She asked about inclusion and how we involved parents and carers etc. She asked lots of questions on safeguarding etc, she was lovely and the interview flew by.
