Rea Posted May 13, 2010 Author Posted May 13, 2010 OK then. The outstanding £54 has been paid so thats a relief. The other one for £217 I have spoken to Lawcall about. Brilliant lady there told me, they have broken their contract. I now put it in writing and ask for a response within 7 days, either full payment or to discuss the need for installments. If I get no response I send another letter telling them I am going to the small claims court. She said the fee if you do it online (hmcourt) is about £25.00 and that would be added to their bill. I'll let you know what happens so you can start your own proceedings. Quote
