Guest Spiral Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 Can anyone help? I'm writing up about transition, however I need to take it further for the age groups I mentioned above aaargh! It's not an area I've had much to do with and I'm getting nowhere fast, does anyone know; Is there a document that is used for each age group's transition to go from one teacher to the next? If so, are the parents involved or is it relatively 'closed'? Does the school have to provide a form which represents targets and monitoring? Is there a website that has quick answers?
