bugbabe Posted April 1, 2010 Share Posted April 1, 2010 Hello everyone Does anyone have a course evaluation form which they would like to share? I have searched the forum and can't find anything. We have been using one from the PLA Accreditation (the old system) and there are questions on there which are confusing new staff and the remaining staff have commented that they dont like the form.
