titchy
Does anyone have a zero tolerance policy? Also does anyone have a copy of an incident form for recording a verbal attack on a staff member.
HappyMaz
Can't you just use a standard incident form? Don't have a zero tolerance policy I'm afraid. Maz
Guest
Is this children or staff? Sounds like something awful has happened? I don't think zero tolerance is appropriate with this age group is it? I've never seen that kind of policy, even at secondary age, although instant exclusion for some offences would be appropriate, but we're talking knives and drugs. They'd need at least a few chances. I think the theory behind zero tolerance is more to do with crime than with behaviour, i.e. if you don't let them vandalise or drop litter, they won't end up assaulting.
