MrsL Posted February 22, 2010 Share Posted February 22, 2010 Hi there, does anyone have a lesson observation planning format that they use to plan their lesson when being observed by their head, that is specifically for Foundation Stage? I am trying to adapt our whole school format so that it can work for us a little better. Guest Posted February 22, 2010 Share Posted February 22, 2010 Hi, this is one that I adapted for EYFS from our whole school version. Where there are multiple choices (like in 'area of learning' or 'theme' or 'group' or 'adult role' I just use the highlighting tool to highlight the different choices. It has survived several performance management lesson obs and one OfSted with no complaints about the reader not being able to follow or understand what's included in the plan.
