purplewednesday1 Posted February 4, 2010 Share Posted February 4, 2010 What about the 'passion for outstanding' document which was published August 2009 (ofsted site). Or, when I wrote my SEF (which was judged Outstanding) I sat with the statutory guidance and went through each one ... one by one - with an example from my setting - did similar with the practice guidance but that is less prescripitive, more a philosophy I would say, so hard to quantify.
