Guest Posted February 15, 2005 Share Posted February 15, 2005 I thought conflict resolution was part of behaviour management. We've beeen taught to use Team Teach methods. For those not familiar with TT it is being able to legally restrain a child if needed. You are taught appropriate restraining techniques. I've had to use it a number of times since September!
