Rec teacher's lap top died and we have data backed up from old version of e profile - 2.44 I think. THis version will not install on her brand spanking new laptop but eye profile will. However, data so far (all of baseline and Aut updates) will not read into eye profile. Can anyone help -PLEASE!?!?!?!??!?! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The profile version is usually update annually and its a good idea to make sure you are always using the most upto date version. Also make sure you are using the right cohort dates. Guest Posted January 17, 2010 Share Posted January 17, 2010 Hi Try re-installing the software ( newest ) or loading it onto another computer. As long as you have the information saved on stick you won't have lost it. Admin may be able to convert it for you.
