I'm asking your help for question suggestions, things they might ask me etc. Obviously I have a bit of an idea otherwise I wouldn't have applied for the job, but I know that someone out there will think of a question/scenario that I havent thought of so all help, ideas, suggestions, guidance will be gratefully received; especially from any Ops Managers that are out there and reading this! Guest Posted December 10, 2009 Share Posted December 10, 2009 Rember they are not asking questions to trip you up. I have 2 sets of interview rounds next week. I just want to get a feel for the person I don't ask questions to trip someone up. If someone has not understood the question I want to know if they will say. Try to relax!
