Equalities Document And Risk Assessment Format

Can anyone help.

 

I have been asked to do a equalities policy for my setting. Has anyone got one I could possible take a look at? Google just have ones which arn't appropriate. I also nedd a risk assessment format too .

 

Sorry for such a big request, they need this by Monday and I can just see a very busy weekend ahead!!

I have an inclusion/equality/diversity policy that I could share if that's what you are after. Let me know. Mine is a PSLA one that I have adapted very slightly.
