I am researching how the employment of EYP's in Early Years Settings improves quality and outcomes for children. This is for my dissertation for my BA (hons) in Early Years Management at Liverpol Hope Uni. I am trying to collect as many responses as I can, at the moment we dont have many EYP's in post in our Local Authority, so I am struggling a bit I understand that everyone is really busy but I would really appreciate it if you could help me out. However maybe a questionnaire to those who are not EYPs about their feelings regards the points made in the questionnaire? Or did I miss the point of what info you were after?????!!!!
