Combining Groups To Reduce Staff Costs.

Hello all,

 

Hope you had a good weekend.

 

Can any of you help with the above?

 

We have a baby room (3 months - 2), registered for 6, and a separate hall that is resistered for around 25 (2-3 and 3-4+).

 

We're a new setting and money is very tight, so have any of you some ideas of where we can combine groups and keep ratios correct?

 

On our busiest day, we have:

 

4 in the baby room

11 in the hall (6 X 2-3's and 5 X 3-4+'s).

 

Any advice from you guys would be very much appreciated.
