Entry To Foundation Stage Assessment

I work in a Foundation Stage Unit and we take children from 3 years 4 months to the end of Reception. We use the Profile and have got assessments systems in place. I was wondering if anyone could help me by sharing any ideas or examples of assessments they do when their children enter the setting? I would appreciate any help or ideas. Thank You
