Did you know that every minute of every day, somewhere in the world a woman dies due to pregnancy or birth-related complications? This organisation aims to join people together, raise awareness and ultimately work to prevent these deaths which are for the most part, unnecessary and preventable. Guest Posted August 7, 2009 Share Posted August 7, 2009 I am shocked that in today's world so many women are still dying needlessly in pregnancy and childbirth, when it should be the most amazing thing in the world for these women.
