Guest Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 is there anyone out there who could help? For a variety of reasons which I won't go into, many of our staff (Maintained Nursery school) are feeling demotivated and disempowered. Does anyone have, or know of, an anonymous questionnaire that we could use to give them a voice? issues are mainly to do with confidence when working/ interacting with children, staff thinking for themselves rather tha asking everything all of the time, staff interpreting everything to the letter and not using initiative to see if what has been said is relevant to a particular situation. Any help appreciated. Quote
HappyMaz Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Oh dear - that doesn't sound good does it? Have you heard of Monkey Survey? It is an online research tool which is completely anonymous and which you can customise to ask the questions you want, in the way you want. All you do is give them the web address of your survey and they fill it in online, and since no-one is identified when they answer the questions everyone can be completely honest. here's the link.
