What It's Like To Be ..

I liked the look of the 'What it's like to be 2,3,4' etc books by Jennie Lindon but I'm always spending money and then wondering if it was really worth it and that I knew all that anyway.

Has anyone got these and do you think they were a useful buy?

I bought a set of them and having had very little experience of the 2&3s found those quite useful as a starting point before I went into a Nursery to gain some experience with them. The examples they used to illustrate things were quite good and gave me ideas for some activities. The 4&5s books just confirmed what I knew already. To be honest, I don't think they will be used again and may appear on amazon or ebay soon to make space for more books! Personally, I would see if you could borrow them from someone rather than buy.

My main bug bear with them was that the font size was quite small because they had huge blank margins around them!
