Guest Posted April 14, 2009 Share Posted April 14, 2009 I haven't been able to join the celebrations as of yet....probably because I invited my family on Sunday and had to cook for 17 people! It was such a lovely day, I cooked a casserole and roast potatoes, it was a huge success, and lemon cheesecake and roulade for pud, I felt so proud of myself....my children were fabulous and helped me and my poor husband who is still quite poorly was cheered up for a while.
