Guest
HI gUYS, I was wondering if i could pick your brains, in a couple of weeks i am interviewing some staff for a deputy job at our excel nursery. We are going to interview each applicant but would like to also set them a task and would like this to focus on the eyfs. any ideas?
BagelFace
What about something around parental involvement? How would they get the parents involved and part of their children's learning.

Inge
would depend on what you are looking for, management skills, interaction with other staff, interaction with children, knowledge of EYFS etc I would think about what the aim of the task is , what skills / understanding you would like to see before deciding on a suitable task which will reflect that.
