Tips For Teaching Blending Sounds

I have a large group of my children who can't blend sounds to read words at all.

I wondered if any one had any tips of games that they have found to be really effective?

My group love "Georgie's Gym" from Letters and Sounds - it's in the Phase 2 section I think. Now they argue over whose turn it is to be the teacher and say r-u-n for the others to blend and do. I'm just about to introduce some written actions as they can all blend the sounds when I say them and they're begining to read cvc words.
