Or a general play plan for a child? Or maybe a child's personal record which might state the next steps in his/her learning, as noted from an observation on that child? The general headings for IEPs are * "targets" (probably only two), * "strategies" (ie how are you going to achieve these, what staffing issues are involved, equipment, methods, etc) * outcomes (what happened) * "next steps", summary, etc. They do vary, but this is how we do ours!
