Partnership Agreement

Hi everyone

 

we are trying to secure some funding to enable us to move ion to our local primary school site. The Essex County Council have asked us to set up a partnership agreement with the head at the school. Has anyone ever done one of these and could give me some pointers as to what to put in it?

Hello

We did one last week! It was a template from a Norfolk school and unfortunately I dont have it with me, but basically it said:

 

  • Names and address of chair and secretary of the Pre-School and the leaders name
  • Which areas of the school will be used and for what purpose
  • Days and time we have use of the room
  • Who is responsible for the cleaning of the room
  • That we are responsible for all health and safety and first aid durring the agreed hours
  • An agreed time for either party to cancel agreement (6 month for them, 3 months for us)
  • Any monies which will be exchanged (ie room charge)
  • Who owns the equipment to be used
  • Where our equipment will be stored

 

Thats all I can think of from the top of my head.
