Guest Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 Hi Does anyone have any ideas of music i could use in a nativity play for the angels to dance to? thanks
Guest Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 it has to be that we have an assemble CD pack for schools with no pianist and it has the track with no vocals but its here with abba vocals i believe in angels
Guest Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 We are using this as we are a church school and the words/music are beautiful for it. Plus there is a really lovely rise in the music about 3 minutes in. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=cZ-8jYpa1-o&...feature=related If you wanted it without the words you could use this version. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=J1jA8T2Wzls&...feature=related xx
surfer Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 I always used the Enya track "book of days"from the Shepherd Moons album. It builds gradually and has sort of angel like singing in it. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=h2gt4vUIWhE
JacquieL Posted December 1, 2008 Posted December 1, 2008 I've just listened to all of those and they are soooo beautiful. I'm off to itunes as we speak. Mind you I love the Aled Jones duet with himself of Oh Holy Night as well. The top notes are exquisite. Celtic Woman's version would be better for an angel dance though.
Guest Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 Our Reception children are doing an angel dance to the Eurythmics 'There must be an angel' as we find that the children respond well to a piece of music with a bit of rhythm!
Guest tinkerbell Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 I'm going for the Abba song too for my year1 angels dance.....I'm also going for the Hustle for the star dance and a piece of Gypsy kings music for a market scene in Bethlehem.... we had such a laugh this afternoon. Tinkerbellx
