I think that it very much highlights the importance of self-reflection or self-evaluation in working out how good our practice is. Marion Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 I think since short inspections were introduced the inspectors arrive with a pre conceived idea of what they are going to find and as they spend so little time actually in classrooms (in some cases they don't even visit) the report isn't worth the time it takes to print out. They were mooting inspections by phone at one point! Quote
