Sue R Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 Well, that's a good one!! Absolutely no idea, but will think - err, well, not getting too close (in case of slaps or bites) - but then where's the care?? Sounds bonkers to me, but I'm not Ofsted! Sue
Guest Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 I work in a school but under our behaviour mangaemnt policy we are required to have staff trained in "positive handling" i.e. how to keep the children and yourself safe if a child is being physical. Don't know if this helps, I have done this course and it was very useful, it was run by our boroughs child protection and behaviour management team. This link might help or do a search under postive handling. http://www.conceptsineducation.com/outlineadvertising.htm Mrs b
