katekit Posted October 27, 2008 Share Posted October 27, 2008 we have a great role play area at the moment (based on the children's interest in making rockets with small construction) it is a rocket! with old computer terminals, fax machines, a space terrain made out of papier mache (on a unit top), the 'door' is a rocket which goes from the floor to the ceiling. the children have made rockets from junk and planets from plastic balls. It is well used and much loved. Now does anybody know of a story which means we can keep our rocket for Christmas? obviously it would develop along with new ideas, fairy lights, decorations etc. we think we have read one in the past and if we cannot find one I think we will try to write our own with the children, any help? thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
