Our small village pre-school is looking for a qualified, enthusiastic and experienced pre-school worker to help manage our small team providing excellent care to children 2 to 4 years of age.

 

The successful candidate will take charge of the pre-school in the manager’s absence and share responsibility for representing the Pre-School to parents, prospective parents and other professionals. They will be actively involved in setting the direction for the pre-school as we look to the future needs of children and parents. The position will require paperwork and planning outside pre-school hours.

 

The candidate must enjoy caring for children and supporting their learning. They need to have enthusiasm for implementing change , a good developing understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and a commitment to developing their practice through further training. This position requires an advanced CRB check.

 

We are family friendly and will attempt to work round family commitments where possible.
