We begin with the whole class contributing to a single story with an adult recording either scribing videoing or audio tape moving onto individual "writing" as the children develop the ability to communicate their ideas and finally Big writing their own pieces by the summer term . The rest of the school is about to start big writing and they are keen that the FS does something too but it doesn't mention Big Talk in the Ros Wilson books we have...
