Sue R
Hi Gwen, I'm not, but are you having a tough time? I can imagine the EYFS could be problematic for you, with parent pressure - paying etc. I worked in a private Kindergarten for a short time and found it most uncomfortable. Sue PS, sorry if I'm jumping to conclusions!

Guest
I'm not a Reception Teacher, but have just moved jobs within the independent sector. My concerns are that Parents pay for that "extra" and it is how we do that in the most child friendly way with an emphasis on uniqueness. Also meeting challenges from Colleagues who I feel need support to develop practice to fulfill EYFS. That brick wall has a chunk missing already! I would appreciate any advice from anyone in a similar position. Thanks
