Guest Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 I've been asked to help conduct an interview for a room supervisor - but I'm not sure what questions to ask. They will be taking part in a working interview for the first part of the session with a more formal interview after. We really need a good role model that will help other staff to develop and I don't want to choose the wrong person. What do you think are some of the best questions to ask? Quote
