Guest Posted September 18, 2008 Posted September 18, 2008 Hi , I am in new job as TA in foundation 2 which is part of a foundation unit. The headmaster said he will be asking for our 'vision' next week. Does any one know what this means ? I didn't like to ask!

Your own personal vision..... where you see yourself and the unit If the outdoors could be better maybe push the good bits and then add what would make it SPLENDID!!!!! Your vision might include other stuff you think would be welcomed by the parents or children.
