Hi all

does anyone have an observation pro forma sheet they would be willing to share?

This what we use in my setting there is a small observation sheets and a large one for a more in depth observation these are then put into the child's profile and the keyworker then looks at ways forward and next steps for the child. I hope this makes sense.

Here's mine - it's the same as lots of others, I just added in some handprints to make it look pretty!

 

I've not updated it this year. Has anyone else improved theirs in light of the EYFS guidance?
