Out Of The Ark: The Numeracy Connection

I was thinking of buying this to use with my new reception class. Has anyone else used it? Is it any good?

Seems expensive for 10 songs?

 

I use this in reception.No CD but the songs are set to familair tunes so I find it easy to get a grip with

We have had a few of the Kindescope books which are nice and we have learnt some of the songs!

Those sound really nice from the snatches and a nice broad selection of topics

I used Ros Bayley's Wiggle Jiggle Count a lot last year as it was continually requested. I also use the songs from Tom Thumb Maths

The Out of the Ark songs by Nikki Davies are usually very catchy but the numeracy package does seem rather expensive.

Thanks for all your replies. I was surprised by the price too so that's why I thought I'd ask. I'll have a look at the Wiggle Jiggle Count thanks. I think we might have the Musical Maths book somewhere at school but I'd forgotten about it.
