Guest Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 I work in Worcestershire and all out training is done by AXIOM. I have found them to be brilliant!!!! They do the 4 day courses aswell as little refresher type courses for those who aren't going to need to be the first aider I know I am not in Bham but as its only a few miles away I bet they could help!
Guest Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 I work in Birmingham too i am worried about this too
Guest Wolfie Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 And have you contacted the Birmingham EYDCP -they should be organising regular first aid courses every term as part of their annual training plan for early years practitioners.
Lucie Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 I'm not in birmingham but i did mine with st johns ambulance who are country wide, i have to say their training was fantastic and id recommend it to anyone. xx
Rea Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 I've recently done mine in Birmingham. If you have the white training pack that gets updated each term you can find S J W First Aid training in there. If not you can find them here SJW First Aid The course covered all the content required by the EYFS.
Guest Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 Thanks for that info Rea - will get onto it tomorrow
