Hi there, I have a new employee staring at the pre-school soon and feel my terms and condtions of employment might be a bit out of date since the last new recruit was 5 years ago!!

 

Is there any one out there who is either happy to share their current paperwork with me or sign post me on to the right place?

Have a look in the Devon Early Years document bank (sorry, can't make link - google search zero14plus document bank) - you'll find lots of information and staff employment, with sample contracts, etc. A really useful site.

Also I think (it is on my other half's computer) it is business link have interactive contract writing tools. Basically you answer the questions and it provides you with a contract at the end. I know you had to register to use it but that was free and it did save time typing the whole thing out.
