Guest Posted June 7, 2008 Share Posted June 7, 2008 Hi all, I am hoping to do a course soon on the EYFS but I am interesed in all your opinions on how it will effect a Nursery/Reception Class. mundia Posted June 8, 2008 Share Posted June 8, 2008 That's a big question Ger. Id say have a good lookat the document, the CD rom and the Practice Cards so that you get to know it. Now is a really good time to reflect on your current practice to see if/where it may need tweaking/altering. For many in the maintained sector, it may be the welfare requirements that take some getting used to. You may also need your SMT to go on training so that they know what its all about. shazzam Posted June 9, 2008 Share Posted June 9, 2008 we had our joint annual self evaluation today this was very useful, it was done with staff and advisory teacher. has anyone else had this? we went through the five outcomes and marked ourselves, decided what needed tweaking etc i am proud to say we did great!!
