Serena Posted April 14, 2008 Author Share Posted April 14, 2008 Helen, they are extremely strict on parking here. There is actually three nurseries on the same road where i operate, including myself. I gained my planning permission in 1989 and had to construct a car park. But after a few months my social services inspector advisied that i could dvelop my garden into a play area. this l did and got rid of the carpark. The council didnot seem to mind. Also, when references are made to the fact that l dont have cap parking facilities they said my permission was granted a long time ago. We are located near to the town centre and so is the property i am thinking of buying. have an appointment with the estate agent tomorrow and with the early years on May 2nd, due to the fact one of the advisors will be on jury service.
