Thanks Peggy for the fast reply, had a look earlier at those areas. Not what I am looking for. Currently we have each of the six areas of learning on separate sheets and an evidence sheet behind them. We have blank formats from our liaison teachers which we have adapted. They have said that they are brining out a format for us to follow but it is still in working progress! I had just wondered if any other areas of the country are ahead and have theirs already.
