Guest Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 I know this is a sensitive area needing a lot of respect for confidentiality. I just wondered if anyone else has been involved in completing a CAF form and how you have found it? Without going into specifics, obviously. Just completed my first and awaiting developments! Quote
hali Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 no sorry not yet.. how did you find the form filling and the parents??? Quote
Guest Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 One parent more-or-less initiated it so that bit wasn't too hard - although the other doesn't know & may react! Form filling not as bad as first thought. Wasn't comfortable with asking some of the questions like details of finances. Some of it goes way above what you'd 'normally' expect to do as early years managers. Had the feeling other agencies involved were relieved we were doing it so they didn't have to. The CSC team were very heplful, I must say. Watch this space!! Quote
Sue R Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 Very interested in this as I'm going on Lead Practitioner training week after next. I firmly believe CAF is a good thing, so will be interested in your experience. Sue Quote
