Guest
In my school we are given two whole school targets and we have to come up with one personal one.Can anyone suggest some appropriate ones for recption which wouldn't have to envolve a heavy lesson observation? We do not have to have one in our school linked to % attainment of pupils. I was thinking possibly about improving the social skills of the pupils ie sharing , coopertion, caring for one another !! All ideas greatfully received !!! mundia
it would depend really on what the others are. We used to have one which related to our school responsibilities, can you do that, it cant be observed like pupil focus targets can be. If you do decide to go for a pupil one, think how you are going to measure it, and whether or not looking at FSP results will give you the info you want.. ie don't create extra tracking type work for yourself. cathyuhu
one of mine is to familiarise myself with the new EYFS by attending relevent training and lots of reading as it's such a huge document and its something we'll be doing anyway!
