Planning To Include Differentiation

Does anyone have any weekly planning schedules they would like to share?

 

I'm trying to reinvent the wheel probably, so if anyone can help?

 

Basically we have a weekly planning sheet that includes all the 6 FS areas, but would like somewhere to show what each abilty group will be focusing on.

Are you nursery or reception? I'm guessing reception?
