Guest Posted September 11, 2007 Posted September 11, 2007 Does anyone know where I can buy a packet of white pencil crayons. We often have black paper available for the children to draw on and all of our white pencil crayons seem to have disappeared. I don't want to buy mixed packets - just white.
Guest Posted September 11, 2007 Posted September 11, 2007 Hiya was going to say, chalk shows up much better on black paper, I always found the pencil crayons would break after the first session and you where left with tiny bits that nobody used. Never seen anywhere selling just white, sorry
Andreamay Posted September 11, 2007 Posted September 11, 2007 Also pastills are good on black paper Not the chewy sort of course
Guest Posted September 11, 2007 Posted September 11, 2007 We use chalk & yellow pencils...they are just as good as white.
narnia Posted September 11, 2007 Posted September 11, 2007 white pencils are lovely, though i agree, chalk and yellow pencils are good alternatives.Howevr, in your quest to locate white pencils i found that theconsortium.co.uk sells them. Two that I found, are their own brand ref no:017802, or if you want better quality then staedtler unipoint ones ref no: 017867.they make a small delivery charge for orders under £30, anything over that is free. Get one of their catalogues.................lovely stuff, reasonable prices!
