Does anyone know of an actual quote by someone about staff being the best/most important resource in a nursery - are there any management gurus who have said anything along those lines? We want the presentation to be about how, as a manager, they would ensure that this resource was used most effectively and wanted to start the title of the presentation with this kind of quote.
