Guest Posted April 29, 2004 Share Posted April 29, 2004 Hello all, We are currently thinking about the possibility of a bank staff scheme, this would give providers the ability to access staff at short notice or for short periods of time to cover illness/holidays or increased take up of places without going through the full recruitment process. I have heard rumblings in Stockport about setting up a bank of staff for cover but have not had it confirmed. It would be useful for a lot of settings, especially those who have a large workforce where you could have more than one member of staff off at a time. Good luck with it!
