Sneha Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 This tutorial will talk you through the steps you need to take to change or update your contact details. (1) Firstly, you will need to log into your FSF account at www.eyfs.info and sign in with your username/email address and password. (2) If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgot your password?' and this (3) pop up box will appear for you to request an email with a link to reset your password. Updating your Contact Details (1) Once logged into your FSF account, click on your username in the top right hand corner of your screen. (2) Then select 'My Invoices and Purchases'. (3) On the next screen, click on 'My Details' in the menu under the 'Store' tab. (4) Then select 'Personal Information'. (5) From here you can update/amend your: First Name Last Name Phone Number Email Address (6) Once you have updated these details, click 'Save'. Then if you wish to update your billing/shipping address details, click on 'My Details' again (1), then 'Addresses' (2). (3) From here, you can amend or update your Primary Billing Address and/or your Primary Shipping Address. (4) You can also add a different address that is registered to your payment card (if you are paying an invoice) by clicking the 'Add Address' button. (5) If your billing/shipping address needs to be edited or deleted, you can do this by clicking one of the two options from here. If you click 'Edit', you will see the following screen: (6) You can change your country from this drop down list. (7) You can add the first line of your address here. (8) If you wish to add more lines for a longer address, click the + button here and a new row will be created. (9) You can add your postcode here. (10) Click 'Save' to update your address details. NB: Remember that this is the address that will appear on your invoices, so if you wish for this to be the school/an official address then you can always change your billing address at the time of payment when you are on the checkout screen to ensure the billing address matches your payment card.
